Wonder Guides study your industry, market and other ecosystems and use speculative design and systems thinking methodologies to deliver high-fidelity designs of multiple possible futures, the products or services that enable those futures, and the leaders and skill sets required to activate them.
What We Do
- Executive + Team Coaching – Wonder Guides design your enterprise’s possible futures and work closely with your leadership and teams to architect and execute the systems, policy, operational, culture and people related changes that transform possible futures into preferred futures. Together we set ambitious and measurable goals, e.g. decrease use of virgin pulp in packaging by 10% and increase sales among eco-conscious consumers by 15%, and Wonder Guides stay with you every step is completed—or until you tell us you’re ready to go it alone.
- Global Citizen Leadership Expeditions – For select clients, Wonder Guides will design and lead domestic and international expeditions to locales that represent the epicenters of new market and business opportunities—and/or of intractable challenges relevant to our stakeholders or supply chain.
Global Citizen Leadership Expeditions are executive development experiences that provides focused, immersive opportunities to be face-to-face and boots on the grounds in emerging markets, in labs and at startups, meet the ecosystems’ most impactful and impacted from farmers to trash pickers, and design market-based solutions your enterprise can deploy. Each expedition is designed around the central problem your enterprise must solve to be successful in its preferred future—for example, ending homelessness, identifying eco friendly materials or identifying new ways to power or connect communities. Executives will travel as a sponsored cohort of 6-10 from your enterprise or as part of a larger multi-company cohort. Wonder Guild offers a 1-week intensive expedition or a 10-day immersive expedition. Both begin with a speculative design working session to guide our focus and end with a product or project design to apply what we learn.
