The Wonder Guild partners with educators and administrators to transform the culture and behavioral norms within their schools and organizations. We leverage what we’ve learned through working with enterprises, nonprofits, small businesses, and cooperatives, and hundreds of learner types to identify critical components of your culture (values, norms, artifacts, etc.), understand actors, introduce and manage change and design interventions for short-term action and long-term change.

Cultural Assessment
We listen, observe, and document the components of your culture to help your organization identify those most critical for building community and mission alignment, for growth, and for improving learning outcomes. Then, we design programs, systems, and interventions to achieve your goals.
Change Management
While change is inevitable, its levers are rarely understood and its impacts are rarely innately equitable. The Wonder Guild helps you set goals, identify the cultural components and actors that can support or thwart change, develop a plan of action, projects, and systems that drive the desired changes while minimizing unintended consequences.
Program Design
Transformation requires thoughtful, comprehensive redesign of the systems that manage people, the programs that enable mission execution, and often the physical spaces. Our multidisciplinary Guilders will identify the areas that are prerequisite for desired change and design interventions, programs, projects, and systems to enable that change.
Our Work
So how might we help your school or learning organization? Let’s say your school culture has become rife with bullying and behavioral challenges post-COVID. Many factors contributed to that change and you can’t address them all at once. We can help you design parent and student learning and intervention opportunities and then design school, student, and parent-led solutions that grow buy-in and ownership. For example, a student ambassador program that ensures every student has a friend in their community.
